Leuchtturm-Online Studie

Feasibility study of a mentalization-based online intervention for burdened parents: the Lighthouse program online

The Lighthouse parenting program aims to promote sensitive caregiving in psychologically stressed parents. The program is designed to enhance parents' capacity for curiosity about their child's inner world, to make sense of misunderstandings in their relationship with their child and to repair the relationship when harmed. The aim of this feasibility study is to adapt and implement the online lighthouse parenting program and add-on micro interventions (ecological momentary interventions, EMI) for stressed families and to record compliance, acceptance and satisfaction of these interventions. Furthermore, initial evidence on the effectiveness of the Online Lighthouse Parenting Program and the add-on micro interventions will be collected.
